Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing, Crop planning, budgeting and Greenhouse infrastructure developing
∎ Sourcing hydroponic nutrient, seeds and other relevant instrument.
∎ Preparing crop harvesting calendar and ensuring round the year crop production
∎ Accurate dosing of nutrients as per recipe to maintain required EC and pH
∎ Training team members on Greenhouse crop production and different operating system.
∎ Conducting trial on different methods of hydroponic systems e.g. grow bag system, NFT etc.
∎ Bio-Nutrients and organic pest management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ M. Sc. In Agriculture (Agronomy/Horticulture/Genetics and Plant Breeding)
∎ Good command in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
∎ Greenhouse construction and Hydroponic expertise.
∎ Positive and professional attitude
∎ Excellent Analytical ability to develop innovative concept
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills
