Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,North South University,BRAC University,Independent University, Bangladesh students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Analytical ability, Communication skills, Computer skill, Report Writing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for day-to-day flight safety related activities under safety department of US-Bangla Airlines.
∎ Periodically keeping update with applicable regulatory requirements. Adopting flight safety related standards, recommendations and best practices.
∎ Maintaining & evaluating Air Safety Reports (ASR) database consisting of hazard categories relevant to flight safety & standard practice.
∎ Preparing materials & functions, related to Safety Risk Management (SRM) program such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Hazard Identification & Risk Management (HIRM) etc., to assist the Head of the Department (HOD) in taking corrective & preventive safety measures.
∎ Verify & validate the safety performance and effectiveness of safety risk controls by using elements of flight safety assurance program such as internal safety audit, Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs), safety circulars etc.
∎ Planning and conducting departmental and unit level flight safety related Trainings and Briefings regularly as a part of flight safety promotion program.
∎ Committed to performing any other duties and responsibilities of safety department as and when necessitated.
∎ Responsible for record Keeping & Analysis related activities under safety department of US-Bangla Airlines.
∎ Periodically reviewing safety department's documentation system as per applicable regulatory requirements, International best practices and company policy.
∎ Evaluating records of conducted safety activities, trainings, meetings and related documents.
∎ Updating appropriate software and airline safety data analysis related Online Support for efficient practice of record keeping and analysis in USBA
∎ Maintaining a physical & virtual Office documentation System for the whole Safety Department.
∎ Committed to perform any other duties and responsibilities of safety department as and when necessitate.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
∎ Well conversant in software management systems and aviation principles.
∎ Strong sense of discipline.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong analytical & problem solving abilities
∎ Having good command over MS Office modules.
