Experience:

• At least 7 years

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 7 years

• Proven experience in hospitality, facility or canteen/dining management in a supervisory role.

• Experience in Menu and budget planning, Hygiene and safety management, Inventory and resource control, Event and program coordination, Cost control and efficiency improvement, Communication and problem-solving

• Supervise daily food service activities to ensure smooth and timely operations.

• Conduct regular inspections of the dining and canteen areas to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and quality of service.

• Organize shift schedules and maintain attendance records for dining and canteen staff.

• Plan daily menus for the dining and canteen.

• Plan, coordinate, and prepare customized menus and budget proposals for official programs, meetings, seminars, and other events as required.

• Ensure compliance with sanitation, hygiene, and safety regulations.

• Train new and existing employees on service standards, hygiene practices, and skill enhancement.

• Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of food, utensils, crockery, cleaning supplies, etc.

• Control operational costs and identify ways to minimize food waste.

• Prepare monthly dining food bills within the stipulated timeline.

• Evaluate staff performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to improve service quality.

• Perform any additional duties assigned by the HOD and Management.
