Responsibilities & Context:
- Consult with clients both in person and over the phone regarding immigration services, including Skilled Migration Visas and Business Migration
- Make 20–50 cold calls daily to schedule appointments with senior clients
- Guide clients through immigration processes for Australia, Canada, Turkey, and other destinations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure ongoing support and client satisfaction
- Learning the visa application processing and work independently.
- Report to CEO and managers about daily performances
