Educational Requirements:
∎ At least B.Sc in Livestock/ DVM/ Animal Husbandry from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise, monitor and provide all out technical support to goat breeding farms
∎ Provide livestock related technical support and follow up to realize the IGAs of program participants.
∎ Disseminate appropriate and updated technologies to program participants.
∎ Undertake frequent field visit and share feedback with respective staff and supervisor.
∎ Supervise and monitor activities of the technical staffs working in the farms and also provide support and guide to them as required.
∎ Prepare training plan and schedule for the training of program participants on selected livestock related IGAs.
∎ Conduct and facilitate training for the program participants.
∎ Explore new and innovative ideas for prospective IGAs of livestock.
∎ Enhance market linkage for potential IGAs.
∎ Maintain good relation with respective government department & other agencies and linkage the program participants to them as required.
∎ Prepare reports as per management and donor's requirement.
∎ Prepare and maintain related documents properly and safely.
∎ Provide cooperation to internal and external visitors.
∎ Carry out any other task as may be considered by authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 2 years experience in goat breeding & rearing
∎ Livestock management
∎ Having a valid motorcycle driving license

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 32000 (Monthly)
