Should be expert in Microsoft Excel and data Analysis.
English speaking and writing skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensuring production target of the lines as per production·
Line plan setting & execution.·
Ensuring line balancing as per layout.·
Ensuring time and motion study for all styles.·
Preparing SMV database for all styles.·
Ensuring optimum utilization of Man and Machine.·
Preparing weekly NPT reports and ensuring possible NPT reduction.·
Review operators` skill levels (monthly) and ensure corrective action, along with the proposal of training for potential workers.
To solve any types of problem by finding the root cause and taking a preventive action plan.
To calculate and co-ordinate capacity planning with SMV for assigned Sections, To set operation and allocation according to the production plan, ensuring optimum manpower, machine-wise manpower machine and materials utilization with maximum output.
To find bottleneck areas, conduct root cause analysis and improve areas for better solution.
