∎ Skills Required: Ability to lead and manage team, Ability to Work Under Pressure, advanced excel skill, Energetic and self-motivated, Garments IE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
2 to 3 years experience in Factory, 2 to 4 years experience in same position, Must have sweater product experience
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Sweater Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish, coach and guide the factory on Industrial IE principles aligned to organizations policy deployment.
∎ Responsible for entire production of a knit factory and ensure on time shipment.
∎ Adopt industrial engineering practice in every possible area for maximum productivity and ensure optimum utilization of resources & implementation.
∎ To prepare production schedule in collaboration with the merchandising department.
∎ Forecast delay situation and future bottle necks and take precaution accordingly.
∎ Reporting Plan Vs Actual, P/L, Man-hour, DHU and skill matrix.
∎ WIP control, monitoring and report making, Improve overall productivity.
∎ Attending Pre-production meeting for clarifying and ensuring all sorts of technical issues.
∎ Measuring accurate factory efficiency, line performance, changeover effectiveness, capacity study, time & motion study, machine breakdown, etc.
∎ Make costing of Standard Minutes Values (SMV) for marketing and also make bulk SMV for production floor.
∎ Setting up daily targets for Knitting, Linking and Finishing teams .
∎ Adhering to all the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process Flow chart & process re-engineering to improve the different process.
∎ Conduct skill assessments of new operators, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their work quality.
∎ Prepare monthly manpower projection, requirement, and turnover.
∎ Establish lean manufacturing culture to reduce non-value added processes. Innovate, update and implement procedures for IE.
∎ Making Layout of the machine with manpower distribution by maintaining proper sequence of production operation to ensure best workflow.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastages.
∎ Liaising with production team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time, meeting customers' demand.
∎ Production Target Achievement as per SMV.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Practical experience in the same post in reputed garments industries
∎ Proven track record with minimum 4 years' experience with 2 year in one factory IE experience.
∎ Vast knowledge with IE tools & Technique.
∎ Long term goal to survive in this profession.
