∎ Age 35 to 45 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operation process analysis to enhance the productivity.
∎ Make sure lower cost and higher productivity.
∎ To give method implement/new innovation in operation process.
∎ Implement operator recruitments policy and operator assessment.
∎ Daily floor wise factory efficiency report checks and monitoring.
∎ Monitoring time study/capacity study and follow up to get actual productivity from worker.
∎ Monitoring daily IE all activities and work.
∎ Monitoring cutting to shipment plan for method execution.
∎ Monitoring operation sequence, material flow and NPT report.
∎ Arrange and participate weekly performance review meeting.
∎ Review weekly plan VS achievement and take necessary steps for this.
∎ SMV and target standardize for each product.
∎ Working for waste elimination.
∎ Arrange floor wise yearly performance summary meeting.
∎ Prepare yearly all good practice presentation.
