∎ M. Sc in Development Studies / Social Science / Anthropology / Political Science / Disaster Management and relevant subjects and experiences.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead good hygiene practices, through improving knowledge and changing the attitudes and behavior of the targeted communities.
∎ To develop and ensure longer term sanitation and hygiene promotion continues and support the development and adaptation of different methodologies.
∎ Develop monthly, quarterly and annual Work plans and budgets for Hygiene Promotion.
∎ Coordinate hygiene education and sanitation promotion activities using CATS approaches.
∎ Assist the Project Team Leader in overall planning, budgeting, implementation and monitoring of the project.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with UNICEF Barishal Divisional WASH Officer and NGO Forum for Public Health.
∎ To perform daily work in both Kawkhali & Sadarpur Unazila under Pirojpur & Faridpur districts, Barishal Division, Bangladesh.
∎ Attend various internal and external meetings regarding engineering topics or issues and respond to questions and inquiries from various individuals, groups and organizations.
∎ Perform other relevant duties as required for the project as well as the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Practical work experience in WASH sectors with WASH focusing with CATS Approaches.
∎ Medium in English (written/verbal).
∎ Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism - Good report writing ability - Computer skills.
Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
