Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Sc /MA/ MSS/in Development Studies, Nutrition, Social Science, Anthropology and relevant subjects and experiences.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead good hygiene practices and effective community engagement, through improving knowledge and changing the attitudes and behavior of the targeted communities.
∎ Skill development of the WASH promoters and WASH Volunteers to conduct Hygiene Promotion sessions effectively for the target communities.
∎ Capacity development, decision making abilities and functioning the CBOs and WASH committees at community level.
∎ To develop and ensure longer term sanitation and hygiene promotion activities and support to development and adaptation of different methodologies for WASH promoters and hygiene volunteers.
∎ Develop monthly, quarterly and annual work plans and budgets for Hygiene Promotion and Community Engagement.
∎ Coordinate hygiene education and sanitation promotion activities using CATS /CLTS approaches.
∎ Assist the Team Leaderin overall planning, budgeting, implementation and monitoring of the project.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with DPHE, LGIs, Education institutes&Health.
∎ Attend various internal and external meetings regarding Hygiene promotion issues organized by partners or stakeholders.
∎ Perform any other relevant duties as required for the project as well as the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Practical work experience in WASH sectors with WASH focusing with humanitarian and CATS/CLTS Approaches.
∎ Medium in English (written/verbal).
∎ Team management- Ability to work under supervision - Dynamism - report writing ability and Computer skills.

Salary: Tk. 31500 (Monthly)
