Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Food & Nutrition with MPH degree.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Demonstrate the use of WASH specific items which need special knowledge for operation and maintenance, especially when using chemical i.e. water purification tablets, water treatment equipment.
∎ Conduct participatory approach in promoting good water, sanitation and hygiene practices among camp communities.
∎ Mobilize, organize and supervise, through community hygiene promoters or other relevant means, members of the camp communities to take ownership of maintaining best practices in personal, community and environmental hygiene.
∎ Facilitate the conduction of participatory hygiene promotion sessions within the Rohingya communities, CFS & LCs (schools), group of persons with specific needs, according to age, gender and diversity, community-based committees and other groups, such as duty bearers and stakeholders.
∎ Manage and conduct house visits to assess, inform and motivate families to improve hygiene and living conditions as and when required.
∎ Promote hygiene education through a variety of means, such as information sharing, dissemination, and communication materials.
∎ Provide support to the distribution of hygiene items, and conduct monitoring and follow up to ensure proper usage of items and appropriateness.
∎ Maintain full qualitative and quantitative records and reports on hygiene promotion activities, disaggregated by age, gender and diversity as and where appropriate.
∎ Develop contacts with community leaders and key stakeholders to explain and promote the organization and projects.
∎ To improve hygiene behavior change following CCC, RANAS & CWB approaches.
∎ To undertake innovative idea or new community engagement approach as and when required by the Project Management.
∎ Act as a link between the organization and the beneficiaries.
∎ Attend various internal and external meetings/workshops/seminars regarding hygiene promotion or other relevant issues as assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Perform other relevant duties as required for the project as well as the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Hands on experience at community engagement approach and CCC, RANAS & Child-to Child approach.
∎ Should have knowledge on community mobilization, basic hygiene and health practices.
∎ Able to communicate in local language (Cox’s Bazar, Burmees)
∎ Ability to work within a team
∎ Attitude to work in flexible hours as and when required.
∎ Good knowledge on the camp-based intervention area(s).
Salary: Tk. 82500 (Monthly)
