Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Sc in Development Studies / Nutrition / Social Science / Anthropology / Political Science / Disaster Management and relevant subjects and experiences.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead good hygiene practices and effective community engagement, through improving knowledge and changing the attitudes and behavior of the targeted communities.
∎ To develop and ensure longer term sanitation and hygiene promotion continues and support the development and adaptation of different methodologies.
∎ Develop monthly, quarterly and annual work plans and budgets for Hygiene Promotion and Community Engagement.
∎ Coordinate hygiene education and sanitation promotion activities using CATS approaches.
∎ Assist the Deputy Project Coordinator in overall planning, budgeting, implementation and monitoring of the project.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with UNICEF Cox's Bazar Office in relation to t
∎ Attend various internal and external meetings regarding engineering topics or issues and respond to questions and inquiries from various individuals, groups and organizations.
∎ Perform other relevant duties as required for the project as well as the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Practical work experience in WASH sectors with WASH focusing with humanitarian and CATS Approaches.
∎ Medium in English (written/verbal)
∎ Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism - Good report writing ability - Computer skills

Salary: Tk. 75000 (Monthly)
