∎ Currently we are looking for talented and highly motivated HVAC Technician for TotiCell Ltd. The position will work with our Engineering & Maintenance Team and other teams to resolve the technical issues of the facility.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ B.M.S control monitoring for Chiller & AHU.
∎ Chiller operating and maintain.
∎ Chiller troubleshooting and fault findings.
∎ AHU operating and troubleshooting work.
∎ VRF and split type A/C operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
∎ All HVAC system maintenance and documentation work.
∎ Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
∎ Daily check all power system.
∎ Installing, maintaining and repairing.
∎ Findings electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
∎ Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiency.
∎ Performing preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to increase longevity.
∎ Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
∎ Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with occupational health and safety act.
∎ Complying with service standards, work standards, work instructions and customers' requirement.
∎ Install new heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
∎ Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety.
∎ Troubleshoot and repair damaged HVAC systems.
∎ Electrical controlling repair and general electrical works.
∎ WTP plant operation and maintenance.
∎ ETP plant operation and maintenance.
∎ Check the operation status of UPS, AVR and Generator etc.
∎ Support to Biomedical department as per requirement.
∎ Any other activities assigned by authority.
∎ Reporting to Manager-Maintenance.
∎ Other related tasks as required.

∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Candidate having 5 years' experience in relevant field in any reputed Hospital / Diagnostic Center / Clinic shall get preference.
∎ The drive and commitment to achieve personal and company goals.
∎ Ability to work well in a group, sharing ideas and problem solving.
∎ Ability to work under minimum supervision.
