Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Training Institutes, Real Estate, Overseas Companies, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries

• Diploma in Refrigeration and air Conditioning in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• HSC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Training Institutes, Real Estate, Overseas Companies, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries

• Age 24 to 40 years
• Only Male

1. Installations: Assemble and install new HVAC systems, ductwork, and thermostats according to manufacturer specifications.

2. Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, change filters, clean coils, clear drain lines, and perform necessary system tune-ups.

3. Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues to repair or replace defective parts (e.g., compressors, motors, fans).

4. Emergency Response: Provide prompt response to urgent system failures to restore heating, cooling, or refrigeration.

5. Regulatory Compliance: Handle and dispose of refrigerants, fluids, and pressurized gases in strict compliance with EPA and environmental regulations.

6. Customer Service: Advise clients on system performance, provide cost estimates, and explain operation or energy-saving practices.

7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment service history, parts usage, and work orders.
