Human Resource Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies, rules, and procedures.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and prepare monthly reports.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a professional manner.
Assist in performance evaluation and appraisal processes.
Coordinate training and development programs to improve employee and Worker skills.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, buyer requirements, and company standards. (BSCI, OEKO TEX, FSC)
Prepare meeting reports for Audit.
Administrative Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth administrative functioning.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory management.
Coordinate with different departments to support operational needs.
Manage office documentation, filing systems, and record keeping.
Supervise support staff such as office assistants, cleaners, and security personnel.
Handle transport, logistics, and accommodation arrangements when required.
Ensure workplace discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Assist management in organizing meetings, events, and official programs.
