Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop/ Prepare organizational roadmap.
∎ Develop HR policy procedures in light of company strategy.
∎ Develop & ensure performance management system.
∎ Handle employees' grievance, compliance in a proactive manner.
∎ Responsible for HR Planning, timely placement of the right employees.
∎ Responsible to focus good industrial highlights for others.
∎ Responsible to maintain healthy & safe workplace & employee welfare program.
∎ Ability to established effective communication channel between Management & workers.
∎ Ability to develop organization culture in light of corporate strategy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant should be smart and very good at English.
∎ At least 06 years experience in the hospitality industry, with significant luxury and international hotel/resort experience, Minimum 02 years of work experience as an HR Manager position.
Salary: Negotiable
