Job Responsibilities:
∎ COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
∎ Supervise, monitor, and control all business entities' payroll processing to ensure compliance.
∎ Conduct market and trend analysis through salary survey input and market research on an annual and ad hoc basis.
∎ Review processes and policies and make proposals for improvement in changing situations.
∎ Assist in implementing and administering benefits programs, including medical, disability, life insurance, workers' compensation, employee assistance, retirement, and other plans.
∎ ANALYSIS AND REPORTING:
∎ Keep updated about talent management trends in local and international scenarios.
∎ Conduct market surveys and prepare analysis reports for strategic decisions.
∎ EMPLOYEE ONBOARDING:
∎ Design onboarding aligns with the company's strategic goals.
∎ Plan and execute a boarding program through a series of events to help understand how to be successful in their day-to-day job and how their work contributes to the respective department and overall business.
∎ Execute employee orientation/induction program for new employees to provide the company's relevant information (Intro to the company mission, vision and values, organizational structure, policies, guidelines, and procedures).
∎ EMPLOYEE EXIT PROCESS MANAGEMENT:
∎ Make employee exit/offboarding memorable by treating employees warmly, regardless of the reason behind their departure.
∎ Retrieve Insights from departing employees and make documents to unveil the reasons behind employees' attrition.
∎ Ensure required compliance to avoid any legal issues.
∎ Protect assets by receiving all physical assets (keys, access cards, desktops, mobile, etc.), collecting sensitive organization-related data from their personal devices, and canceling digital access rights (employee portal, corporate email).
∎ Prevent productivity drops by requesting departing employees to appropriately document project responsibilities, transfer process knowledge, and various ownerships of resources.

∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have prior knowledge in the following area(s): Compensation & Benefits, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management, and Performance appraisal.
Salary: Negotiable
