Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders by understanding business objectives and aligning HR strategies accordingly.
∎ Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change initiatives.
∎ Partner with business units on performance management, talent development, and succession planning efforts.
∎ Collaborate with specialists in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations.
∎ Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, engagement, career development, and offboarding.
∎ Use HR analytics and insights to drive data-based decisions on workforce trends, engagement, and productivity.
∎ Act as a culture champion and change agent, promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and a positive work environment.
∎ Mediate and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fairness and compliance with policies and regulations.
∎ Coach and support managers on leadership, feedback, and team development.
∎ Ensure legal compliance and mitigate HR-related risks by staying informed of labor laws and regulations.
