Additional Requirements:
∎ 4 years of bachelor’s degree in any field;
∎ Degree/ diploma in Business Management/ Human Resources Management/ Administration will be given preference.
∎ Minimum two (02) years of working experience in HR department in a similar role complementing the given job profile;
∎ Previous HR experience in MSF or in other NGOs will be an advantage.
∎ Knowledge of the training function
∎ Fluency in Bengali, English language and Chittagonian dialect is essential.
∎ Knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law;
∎ Knowledge of income tax calculation in Bangladesh;
∎ Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Internet) is essential.
∎ Education

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Under supervision of the Project HR Manager managing personal files in order to ensure accuracy, compliance and on time payments.
∎ Updating the HR database and personal files to facilitate HR processes management.
∎ Updating Social security & Tax office files in order to meet legal requirements including specific amendments when necessary in order to ensure local labour and fiscal law compliance·        Preparing employment contracts in conformity with legal requirements including specific amendments when necessary in order to ensure local labour and fiscal law compliance.
∎ Preparing monthly pay slips for all staff, editing and updating the necessary data, in order to ensure the punctuality and accuracy of staff payroll.
∎ Following up of all expiring rental contract dates and inform the Administration Manager in order to leave enough time to arrange a renewal or look for some other alternative
∎ Making all administrative information available to the staff (posting, meetings, etc.), supporting the Project HR Manager in translating documents into local language and assisting in meetings upon request.
∎ Additional HR/ Admin tasks delegated by the Project HR Manager
∎ Support the Project HR Manager with the recruitment of Camp Based Team Staff (CBTM) and Locally Recruited Staff (LRS). This involves preparation of Vacancy Announcements, longlisting candidates, organize written test and interviews, reference checking, preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
∎ Organize and conduct induction programs for newly joined National Staff and organize International Mobile Staff briefings in collaboration with HRM, Admin transit and departments.·        Ensure accurate completion of new employee joining forms and assist with paperwork.
∎ Ensures that staff files for both CBTM and LRS are updated and archived in real time.
∎ Responsible for contract management by ensuring that all new hires have contracts, existing staff have running ones and close any contracts that are due.
∎ Update staff information in HOMERE (Project ERP) in real time and produce reports for management decisions.
∎ Ensure CBTM staff are paid timeously by receiving and checking reports from Medical Team and compile reports to facilitate payment.
∎ In close collaboration with HRM, update the project’s organizational chart and job descriptions.
∎ Gap fill the role of Training Officer when he/she is away.
∎ Preparation of project payroll and ensure it adheres to MSF principles and protocols. Distribute pay slips to staff and answer any payday query.
∎ Being the first line person for routine staff queries.
∎ Responsible for leave management.
∎ Responsible for roster management and ensure MSF Guidelines are being followed.
∎ Ensure team support, communication and follow up.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ This is a permanent contract with three months of probation period.
∎ Salary according to level 6 of the internal MSF salary grid (BDT 68,000/- gross, before seniority and income tax deduction).
∎ Salary is not negotiable.
∎ 2 annual leave days per month worked.
∎ Medical insurance for employee and direct dependents.
