Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inspect public areas after being cleaned by housekeeping attendant to ensure quality standards.
∎ Assists housekeeping management with day-to-day activities.
∎ Make sure that all areas of the building, including public space areas and public bathrooms, and exterior areas must be clean and without defects in a manner consistent with our cleaning processes and procedures.
∎ Provide training the junior staff according to company policies.
∎ Ensure high level client satisfaction.
∎ Monitor the performance of junior housekeeping staff.
∎ Respond to client complaints and queries in a timely manner.
∎ Keep a record of the cleaning products and restock when necessary.
∎ Manage the staff, according to shifts and availability.
∎ Evaluate housekeeping staff on the basis of performance.
∎ Use proper equipment, machines, wear appropriate personal protective clothing (PPE), and employ correct lifting procedures, as necessary, to avoid injury.
∎ Capable to make duty schedule & an attendance sheet for associates.
∎ Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
∎ Ensure subordinates uniform, nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professionally and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Able to move multiple projects when required.
∎ Ensure all the rules are being followed properly.
∎ Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be presentable, good converse, positive behavior & good listening.
∎ Have a positive attitude, be smart, work hard and be capable of working as a team.
