Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide upscale guest service experiences for guest throughout their demanded Buffet foods
∎ Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned sitting plan & Buffet foods.
∎ Actively listen to and resolve complaints regarding quality of buffet menu.
∎ Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns
∎ Manage guest relations team to ensure and comply with all standards and operating procedures
∎ Analyze customer feedback from guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings
∎ Processes reservations by mail, telephone, telex, cable, fax or central reservation systems referral.
∎ Communicates reservation information to the front desk.
∎ Processes advance deposits on booking.
∎ Makes sure that files are kept up to date.
∎ Maintains a clean and neat appearance and work area at all times.
∎ To be aware of all front office procedures and assist with reception duties when required.
∎ Any Other task from MD

∎ Age 20 to 30 years
