∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): hostel Management, Student Counseling

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth Student check-in/out, keeping accurate occupancy records.
∎ Enforce and check security measures, conduct safety drills and maintain precautions.
∎ Coordinate with meal meal-supplying team for timely, quality meals.
∎ Maintain discipline, conduct counseling, address student concerns and provide guidance.
∎ Supervise and train hostel staff for safety, security and service.
∎ Maintain accurate records, and provide regular reports to COO (BLSDC).
∎ Assist in budget planning and monitor expenses.
∎ Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
∎ Develop emergency plans, and seek feedback for improvement.
∎ Respond promptly to any hazards and emergencies.
∎ Organize leisure activities for student entertainment.
∎ Work with maintenance for timely repairs.
∎ Manage the hostel for cleanliness, safety, security and resident comfort.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 5 Years experience in Hostel Supervision.

Salary: Negotiable
