∎ Age 35 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Complete income and expenses accounting in the hospital.
∎ Budget building and proposal annually.
∎ Ensure timely bank payments; Ensure cashflow is utilized properly and protect reserves; Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
∎ Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports. Prepares asset, liability, and capital account.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting principles and regulations in the healthcare industry.
∎ Maintain and order store supplies, manage medical office stocks,, prepare office payroll.
∎ Process all payroll deduction for employees that have outstanding balances and deductions as per the leaves consumed.
∎ All payments to suppliers and vendors in accordance with company policy and invoicing rules.
∎ Ensure that all costs are identified and recorded accurately.
∎ Maintaining accurate costing records in relation to labour and supplies. Process accounting transactions using the existing accounting software.
