∎ Age 25 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ a) Transcribe medical reports into a single case summary for ease of understanding for executives, international team and patients.
∎ b) Conduct pre and post counseling sessions with patients, face to face, over video conference and telephonic.
∎ c) Suggest best international treatment options (doctor & hospital) for patients as per diagnosis.
∎ d) Attend tele-medicine session with international doctors to assist executive and patients for interpretation and understanding. Draft tele-medicine session summary and prescription and record the diagnostic tests and medicines prescribed.
∎ e) Prepare presentation for weekly knowledge sharing sessions on different health topics.
∎ f) Conduct Medical Board for treatment plan discussion with concerned executives on a regular basis.
∎ g) Visit high profile clients or immobile patient as per requirement.
∎ h) Keep record of all the medicines prescribed and diagnostic tests suggested for future references.
∎ i) Stay online during office hours (on off days) to give any urgent support that is required.
∎ j) Support in day to day operations as and when required by the management to achieve goals and objectives.
