Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or similar Engineering discipline with prior Software & Platform Development background
∎ Candidates, in addition to above, with MBA in Marketing will be given preference
∎ Background in software development and program management is preferred
∎ Familiarity with Agile framework
∎ Skills Required: Agile Scrum

∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the product development process, including user research, prototyping, and business case generation while working very closely with the Technical Team.
∎ Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
∎ Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.
∎ Work with senior management to create product plans and road maps.
∎ Produce and review product requirement documents (PRD).
∎ Design & implement digital solutions to solve present and potential data analysis problems utilizing experience of real time data analysis.
∎ Work with team members and business partner to solve problems and requirements, and to coordinate, develop and integrate solutions that have a direct impact on partners/customers business operation.
∎ Research and propose the right technologies at the right time and architecture to support the Sprint of the Project.
∎ Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
∎ Monitoring product key performance indicators and continuously improving operational delivery to maximize performance.
∎ Preparing and conducting PoC (Proof of Concept), UAT (User Acceptance Test), User Manual, operation and quality control processes.
∎ Recommending the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
∎ Providing source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
∎ Bringing new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with development.
∎ Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production.
∎ Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
∎ Act as the primary contact for the project on technical and general project matters until the deliverable is formally accepted
∎ Define detailed technical solutions, and provide formal presentations on same to external and internal teams
∎ Define Statements/Scope of Work, Project Plans and Delivery Budgets for approval (internal/customer)
∎ Create both development and overall resource and work plans as per budget and schedule constraints

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years

∎ Adequate knowledge about the local ICT industry
∎ Experience in E-commerce platform development
∎ Strong software and Hardware knowledge
∎ Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
∎ Experience in product lifecycle management
∎ Background in software development and program management is preferred
∎ Familiarity with Agile framework
