Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for leading the national partner acquisition team and macro manage the field sales force toachieve the overallacquisition objectives.
∎ Will be one of the lead in developing the nationwide partner acquisition strategy in line with the budgeted nos.
∎ Work collaboratively with product and development team for product enhancement by providing continuous customer feedback and competition information
∎ Build a strong connection between sales operations, product marketing, trade marketing for developing, designing different promotions, loyalty campaigns, etc. by leveraging the market intelligence and customer insight
∎ Analyse and prepare management report on field level effectiveness of promotional activities and campaigns and overall sales progress
∎ With an entrepreneurial attitude will need to own the national partneracquisition strategy and think fast to react to an ever changing landscape to take advantage of market opportunities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Min 10 years of overall experience with 5/6 years in sale of automotive industry (preferably Truck selling)
∎ Being in a leadership/managerial role for at least 3/4 years
∎ Good market knowledge overtruck owners, associations, etc. will be considered as added advantage
∎ Frequent travel all across the country
∎ Ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics
∎ Customer centric, having excellent negotiation skills
∎ Strong communication, presentation and team management skills
∎ Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
∎ Good command over MS office, application based software
∎ Thinking out of the box.
