Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree / MBA / Engineering degree
∎ Professional certification on Project management (PMP, Prince 2 etc) will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop detailed Project management framework, identify, prioritize and finalize the approved key Projects and initiatives to drive with a phased approach
∎ Develop a governance process and methodology to ensure all the key projects are managed under a common structured approach (Project plan, communication plan, project team resources, financial budget, project review and monitoring, project reporting etc)
∎ Drive and lead Process simplification and automation agenda at Banglalink
∎ Develop a Digital transformation blueprint for our core digital products and services for B2C customers, drive and lead in developing a futuristic digital products & solutions for B2B customers
∎ Support in designing, driving and execution of agreed initiatives as part of Digital Operator ambition and collaborate with partners, vendors and consultants to ensure smooth project executions
∎ Support in developing Digital transformation blueprint for Technology and IT to ensure a robust and future fit systems, solutions and Infrastructure are in place and develop a future fit IT architecture
∎ Provide cross functional project support in collaboration and coordination with PMO function for capability assessment and gap analysis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Master's degree / MBA / Engineering degree
∎ Professional certification on Project management (PMP, Prince 2 etc) will be an added advantage
∎ Minimum 10 years of total experience. Experience in Telecommunication or Technology Company in a senior management role will be preferred.
∎ Required Capabilities- Expert knowledge and experience in Project Management
∎ Experience in Financial Panning, Forecasting and reporting
∎ Advanced analytical skills, ability to spot trends and creating new business opportunities
∎ Financial knowledge and understanding
∎ Advanced knowledge on telecom industry, Digital solutions, business modeling, cost optimization or restructuring-
∎ MS office skills (Advanced knowledge excel, power point, Power BI etc)
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Collaboration with cross functional team and must be a good team player
