Education:
    • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • B.Sc in Engineering/ B.Sc. in Technical Education/ B.Sc in any subject with NTVQF level-2.

Additional Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in educational institutions and industries. 

Others:       

  • Trainer Training on Competency Based Training and Assessment (CBT&A) Methodology level-4 will be preferable.
  • Excellent command on communication skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Excellent computer operating skill & conversant with MS Office package.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, team player and passion for social development works.
  • Willingness to transfer at any place where UCEP has its activities.     
  • NTRCA certification would be added advantage.     
  • Good track record in performance appraisal.
  • Age limit for the applicant would be 40 years. Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications and experience.


Responsibilities & Context:

Nature of Job: Project Staff.

Job Purpose: To teach and educate students following the EDUCIB curriculum (an abridged curriculum of NCTB, BTEB and NTVQF) under the overall guidance of the competent education authority in line with UCEP Bangladesh’s values, vision, mission, goals and relevant country laws.

Core Job Responsibilities:       

  • Contribute to development of standard operating procedure (SOP), promote UCEP mission, vision, and values.      

  • Maintain school culture, positive learning environment.     

  • Adaptation of digital technological changes and advancement.     

  • Develop school operational plan (Financial and Programmatic) and ensure its implementation (cost recovery target 40% of direct operational cost through different initiatives).      

  • Lead to develop technical educational budget plan and control for implementation to maintain organizational compliance.      

  • Lead to develop school’s progress report and contribute to organizational quarterly, half yearly and annual report.      

  • Start academic program on time, following admission target and guideline.     

  • Ensure enrollment target (Including 50% girls, 5% PWDs, 3% Ethnic groups), regular attendance (90%) and ensure 95% grade completion rate.      

  • Data validation, at least 40% data for cross checking.      

  • Ensure 100% pass rate in SSC (with at least 20%, GPA 5 for each exam).     

  • To ensure acquired level- 1 certification for the students of Class VIII, IX & X (at least 20% students).      

  • Classroom monitoring as per target and provide professional feedback.      

  • Lead to set up a technical lab for the Technical Education and short course training at her/his school and equip for the training.      

  • Lead to develop a Plan for using Digital lab at his/her school and make sure to implement by the teachers and students.     

  • Lead to develop different event plan for the celebration of different days and ensured its implementation including ensuring students participation in virtual and physical.      

  • Lead to participation of students in the National Competition of Debate, Parade, drawing, Science Fair, Sports, Math Olympic, Scout Jamboree, Hamd, Nath etc.      

  • Ensure full and proper attendance of teachers and staff along with establishing necessary discipline in school.      

  • Timely performance appraisals of employees under supervision.     

  • Capacity building initiatives by the in-house resource persons following their need. 

  • To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor as and when necessary.

Job Other Benifits:

    Monthly Salary:

    • Monthly Consolidated BDT. 30,000/- (Thirty Thousand Only).

    • Income Tax or any other statutory deductions will be as per government rules and UCEP policies.

    Compensation & Benefits: As per project and organizational policy.
