Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the overall security of all company's properties, assets and staffs.
∎ To ensure that the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely.
∎ Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.
∎ Responding to emergency situations as they arise. Accurately reporting all incidents to the Management.
∎ Ensure to maintain and keep updating different types of registers (Guard's Duty Roster, Officer's In/Out, Visitor, Key register, etc.).
∎ Ensure to recording daily observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities.
∎ To produce necessary reports, records, and documents to the management from time to time.
∎ Should have ability to carry out all types of related tasks assigned by Management.
∎ To make sure that no unauthorized personnel enter reserved company areas.
∎ To coordinate, liaison and build good relationship with the emergency services, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service.
∎ To ensure fire safety and other compliance issues.
∎ To ensure 24 hours CCTV surveillance inside and outside factory premises.
∎ Any other assignments given by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
