Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and execute high-impact sales programs that drive lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth.
∎ Implement data-driven demand generation and offer strategies, leveraging digital marketing, automation, and analytics to target high-value customers.
∎ Lead export expansion into EMEA, identifying new opportunities, partners, and channels to scale ACis footprint.
∎ Develop go-to-market strategies for international markets, ensuring seamless market entry and sustained growth.
∎ Build strategic relationships with distributors, retailers, and enterprise clients in key global markets.
∎ Own and drive sales performance metrics, ensuring scalable and repeatable revenue streams.
∎ Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, and operations to create an integrated sales growth strategy.
∎ Champion technology-driven sales enablement, leveraging AI, CRM automation, and predictive analytics to drive efficiency.
∎ Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to design compelling offers tailored to different customer segments.
∎ Oversee the entire lifecycle of promotional offers, ensuring effective launch, performance tracking, and optimization.
∎ Ensure all offers align with customer needs and market trends to maximize engagement and conversions.
∎ Leverage Al-driven analytics and performance dashboards to measure and optimize demand generation activities.
∎ Conduct A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
∎ Develop real-time reporting on demand generation performance and provide actionable insights for leadership.
∎ Work closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Customer Experience teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and seamless execution.
∎ Partner with external agencies and vendors to enhance demand generation capabilities.
∎ Align initiatives with broader corporate branding and positioning strategies.
