∎ Chongqing Share Appliance Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Chaina was established in 1966, which is the earliest professional electrical appliance producer in China. With more than 57 years of development, SHARE has become a specialized enterprise in researching, manufacturing and selling switch sockets, wire-and cable, circuit breakers and electrical accessories.
∎ By introducing, Marketing and Branding to Bangladesh, SHARE has signed an agreement with URION INTERNATIONAL, BANGLADESH as a SOLE AGENT. URION INTERNATIONAL will start journey in Bangladesh.
∎ We are looking for a potential HEAD OF SALES & MARKETING as early as possible, who will play the strategic role for Sales & Marketing operations, appoint an experience Dealers, Sub-Dealers to all Districts in Bangladesh and reporting to the Higher Management.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have thorough and clear knowledge/understanding about respective market /zone / region regarding market size/ volume, market share of different brands/company, market potentiality.
∎ Responsible for the P&L as well as for reaching the overall business objectives and will be measured by KPI's for growth, margin, cost and market development.
∎ Setting strategy into actionable steps for business growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, leading and coaching a Sales & Marketing Team and performance management of the Team members.
∎ Collaborating with Higher Management in setting Sales forecasting and introducing tactical initiatives to increase sales and accomplishing sales target & developing new spectrum of market.
∎ Assure monthly and annual planning, reporting, controlling internally as well as correct legal accounting and annual report to the headquarters in Chine.
∎ Prepare different types of report for the management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis, Competitors Sales & Activities Analysis etc.
∎ Building and maintaining trusting relationships with the key Dealers, Sub-Dealers, Customers, Clients, Business Partners, and Stakeholders etc.
∎ Arranging and conducting meetings or promotional activities to increase the products' brand value.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the Higher Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ but willing to work entire Bangladesh.
∎ Experience on selling switches sockets, wire-and cable, circuit breakers and electrical accessories is preferable.
∎ Applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Accounts and Finance.
∎ Competent with computer software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook, and project management.
∎ Proficiency in English and other languages while not required is desirable.
∎ Excellent sales negotiation and closing skills as well as the ability to understand and meet customer needs to a very high level of customer satisfaction.
∎ Management style and work ethic compliments Company's commitment to the highest levels of integrity, honesty and mutual respect.
∎ Must be self-driven and possess good work ethics
∎ Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
∎ Must have knowledge about Bangladesh Tax, Vat, Customs, Banking Act, Companies Act etc.
∎ Possess problem solving and analytical skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
