Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an ideal candidate who will lead our marketing activities. You should handle intricate situations in a peaceful manner and take our business clientele to the optimum level. As a Head of Sales & Marketing, you are responsible to lead the marketing team and suggest them the best marketing techniques for social media and other digital media campaigns. You should grab the attention of customers and market the products and services. If you have the ability to utilize the organizational resources optimally for the business promotion activities, we would like to meet you.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Solidify and strengthen Royal Capital Ltd. capital market presence and build relationships with existing and future investors. Expand our network of investors to groups including: family offices, high-net-worth investors and potential strategic partners.
∎
∎ Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
∎
∎ Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, marketing campaign strategy and promotional material) on a regular basis.
∎
∎ Prepare social media marketing campaigns and strategize them such that they align with the business objectives.
∎
∎ Monitor the team goals and their execution keenly.
∎
∎ Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
∎
∎ Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
∎
∎ Training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
∎
∎ Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
∎
∎ Create monthly reports for the marketing department.
∎
∎ Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
∎
∎ Research about the latest marketing strategies and excel in marketing endeavors competitively.
∎ Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven 3+ years of experience as Head of Sales & Marketing or a similar role.
∎ Hands-on experience in prolific marketing campaigns.
∎ Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
∎ Outstanding knowledge of web analytics and Google Ads.
∎ Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
∎ Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets.
∎ Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks
∎ Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
∎ Excellent leadership and project management skills.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
∎ The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
∎ Good oral and written communication skills.
∎ The ability to work under pressure.
∎ Attention to detail.
