Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Corporate Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing sales of exclusive and high valued commercial and residential projects to meet budget, forecast and margin targets.
∎ Developing an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterly and monthly updates in connection to company's yearly business plan.
∎ Ensure team sales activities by implementation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly action plan and evaluate with top management.
∎ Conducting competitive market intelligence, analyze and adjust positioning to retain and grow market leadership.
∎ Market analysis for correct strategies development for sales, pricing, product development and new product acquisition.
∎ Liaison with other departments head to get job done.
∎ Ensure and maintain proper record keeping of all sales activities.
∎ To participate any other activities when required as part of management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ At least 10 years experience with proven track record in renowned Real Estate/ Group of Companies/ Multinational company.
∎ Must have sales & marketing experience of exclusive Commercial Space and Residential project.
∎ Should be fluent in English and Bengali.
∎ Should be able to communicate with foreign stakeholders fluently.
∎ Should have good mentality, responsibilities and attitude in all respect with strong work ethic.
∎ Should be diplomatic, team and service oriented.
∎ Should have good skills in computer.
Salary: Negotiable
