Educational Requirements:
∎ Honor's/ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Chemistry/Chemical engineering / BBA/ MBA/ in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities of the team& to achieve sales target.
∎ Determine Daily/ Weakly/Monthly/ yearly sales target & preparing area sales plan, zonal sales plan.
∎ Manage efficient operation to ensure width and depth coverage of chemicals products across the given area.
∎ Maintain strong relationship along with the customers to achieve the goal.
∎ To develop strategies plan using various marketing techniques to increase product sales. Also to use marketing and visual techniques to ensure customer attractions.
∎ To support and facilitate the development and implementation of marketing plans.
∎ Should be able to develop business with a new market.
∎ To play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ To be role-played as team Player/Leader of a Marketing Team.
∎ To calculate & price negotiation with the buyer.
∎ To coordinate daily field operational activities, sample development and consumption of orders.
∎ To visit the organization purchase or procurement / commercial/store/supply chain/ production/quality /chemist/ technician team & convince them to increase order etc.
∎ To communicate with client/customer on a regular basis.
∎ To coordinate with concerned departments/officials in the whole process.
∎ To ensure that day to day review is made on feedback received from team members on various issues.
∎ To give a monthly report on sales and marketing and attend meetings of the marketing and management team.
∎ Develop strategies and plans for Sales and marketing of chemical marketing
∎ Develop cost efficient pricing to generate good margins in line with set targets.
∎ Undertake market expansion actions that will satisfy customers' needs and ultimately maximize the company turnover from increased throughput
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer preference to position company's chemical drive accordingly.
∎ Ensure all issues likely to affect the attainment of global market is resolved
∎ Actively identify and initiate new/additional products development initiatives for various target consumer market.
∎ Work actively with the marketing communications to create product awareness and lead marketing promotion programs to increase margins and market share for chemical market.
∎ Produce a concise activity monthly report on higher management of the company
∎ Effectively carry out all other jobs as to be assigned by Chief Operating Officer
∎ Be smart to business communication skills ( B2B,B2c etc)
∎ Skilled in digital business promotion process
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing at Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ The applicants should have experience in Chemical & Paints industries will get preference.
∎ Applicants previously having working experience in the relevant field.
∎ Able to handle multitasking activities
∎ Should be energetic, proactive, dynamic and hard working.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in computer & software.
∎ Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility.
∎ Good at communication in English & Bengali
