• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Practical 12-15 years experience in Sales & Marketing specially in Generator Sales & Marketing

• Should have strong communication skills.

• Should have strong interpersonal skills to maintain very good relationships with different sets of people. Specially Customer and related segment of people.        

• Should have good team working abilities.

• Should have a direct and intensive approach and be willing to work long hours.

• Self motivated ability to work independently and work to tight deadlines.

• He should capable to work under pressure.

• Should have positive attitude.

• Should have strong leadership skills in Sales.

• Organizing, build and lead the Sales team plan and prepare action plans to achieve the target.

• Fixing sales target and achieving through sales target

• Collecting, forecasting and analyzing the market data for operating and executing plan.

• Identifying key areas of Sales and improve in the sales process to achieve the best possible results.

• Spotting Sales opportunities for new customers for getting business.

• Developing process for identifying the potential customers and maintaining strong liaison with them.

• Identifying Sales strategy to compete with competitors for maximization of Company's goals and profitability.

• Monitoring daily Sales tracking and Sales variance.

• Preparing yearly Sales budget and monitor its implementation regularly.

• Handling Sales team and the Customers.

•  Reporting to the top management on Sales performance and justification for business outcome.

• Maintain close liaison with marketing team and work in coordination with them to achieve the goals of the company.

• Performing any other assignment as assigned by the authority from time to time.
