∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
FMCG Sales & Marketing, Real Estate Sales, Real Estate Sector and Telemarketing Job Experience., Telecommunication
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Telecommunication, Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fixing up monthly & yearly sales team target & responsible to achieve it.
∎ Conducting Continuous Survey on buyers’ choice and preferences, product Development, Competitors, market trends etc.
∎ Give input to make Product brochure depends on the result of research & Survey.
∎ Responsible to collect the due amount against every sales of the team until the completion of the Agreement. Also accountable to Check & formulate the sales Agreement.
∎ Have daily meeting along with the sales team to update the daily routine and follow up & to give written feed back to Head of Sales on regularly.
∎ Negotiating Sales contracts with clients/prospects & ensuring the expected sales done.
∎ Inspect the status of the various projects from land taking to finishing stages.
∎ Organizing & participating various Housing fair in home & abroad.
∎ Maintain the cross departmental relationship & minimize the internal sales conflict of the sales personnel & role as an arbiter to get proper judgment in any critical issues of the department.
∎ Proceed & certify all types of bill, leave, requisition for team or even sales department.

∎ Age at most 45 years
