Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from any Public University
∎ We encouraged candidates who are from renowned public and private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Telecommunication, Manufacturing (FMCG), Engineering Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Adequate knowledge on RAJUK (DMDP) approval matters, especially calculation of land properties, registration rules, Floor Area Ratio (FAR), Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney and other legal issues etc.
∎ Acquainted with land in all prime locations in Dhaka and adjacent areas and other major cities in Bangladesh.
∎ Proper understanding on Land Development for Joint Venture.
∎ Capable to review and evaluate land values for procurement.
∎ Capable of doing feasibility study regarding procurement of land.
∎ Capable of prompt and careful handling with the Land owners.
∎ Liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. authorities.
∎ Cross communication and collaboration functional.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Should have excellent skill in Advanced Excel
∎ Have experience to work in ERP system.
∎ Should have ability to share idea to develop system.
∎ Should have experience in Microsoft Project.
∎ Required experience in commercial matter (LC/BG, Term loan and other banking issues).
∎ Having deep knowledge of cost analysis and budget.
∎ Should have good communication of Construction Industry backward linkage
Salary: Negotiable
