∎ Masters/ MBA Candidates (marketing background) from any reputed public university with good academic result.

Job Context:
∎ Currently we are looking for a "Head of Sales & Marketing for establishing contact and developing relationships with clients, achieve targets, provide valuable support.
∎ (Local and Foreign candidates can apply)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the organisation and for new and existing products.
∎ Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy and develop a brand strategy.
∎ Responsible for overall Sales Operation.
∎ Strong monitoring of sales force as per management system.
∎ Set and administer an annual marketing budget.
∎ Prepare monthly sales plan & execute accordingly to achieve sales target.
∎ Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
∎ Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and Conduct market research studies.
∎ Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.
∎ Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance.
∎ Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met.
∎ Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
∎ Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.
∎ Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
∎ Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
∎ Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
∎ Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
∎ Ensure collection of market dues, bad debts, recovery, settlement and adjustment.
∎ Paying close attention to daily operations, recommending and creating improved courses of action where necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 15 years in marketing/sales
∎ Proven experience as business manager or relevant role
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership skills
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
∎ Must possess a pleasant, friendly and proactive attitude.
