Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify opportunities in the market by consuming industry publications.
∎ Keep an up to date record of key industry decision makers in our target customers.
∎ Deliver competitive analysis on a weekly basis.
∎ Analyze existing economic, demographic, market and environmental variables to identify areas for expansion.
∎ Develop the company's strategy, short, mid and long term ones, evaluate, monitor and compare with other competitors in the market.
∎ Support and manage Sales and Marketing activities.
∎ Think strategically, seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business model of the company.
∎ Proactively deliver insights on key customers and trends using external data sources.
∎ Develop a bank of industry, customer and L&D insights and statistics to be called upon for proposals and client pitches.
∎ Develop the worldwide Marketing strategy for online education products, including the Who (targeting strategy), what (messaging / creative strategy) and How (channel strategy).
∎ Develop plans to traffic, new customer acquisition and customer engagement across both digital (SEO, Paid Search, Affiliates, Email/CRM, Online Display, Social) and offline marketing channels (Press, Outdoor, Events).
∎ Coach and develop a team of channel marketers to deliver the strategy and plans.
∎ Define goals and metrics to measure success and review performance on weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.
∎ Influence strategic decisions to improve the overall user experience.
∎ Create and optimize analytics tools, reports and mechanisms to evaluate performance, taking into account long term customer value where applicable.
∎ Collaborate with Finance to measure return on investment of our Marketing activities.
∎ Manage Marketing spend, ensuring that we stay within the budget and our agencies and vendors are paid on time.
∎ Create a multi-year road map of initiatives to ensure sustainable long-term success.
∎ Partner with the Commercial team stakeholders to ensure our content, selection and pricing plans align with marketing plans.
∎ Oversee effective management of all end-to-end offline and online marketing and advertising to grow and defend our market position.
∎ Develop appropriate customer-facing tools including collateral, templates, regional fact sheets, presentations, landing pages, reports and newsletters to support a large sales team.
∎ Understand the corporate universe as it relates to professional training and qualifications; build segments/personas for each brand to target appropriate prospects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in English
∎ A well-rounded familiarity with the current digital landscape
∎ Extensive B2B and online marketing experience
∎ A commercial leader with experience of working with corporate sales teams
∎ Proven success in performance-based lead generation
∎ Highly results-oriented and tenacious; able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
∎ Highly organized and structured in planning / project management, with the ability to deliver projects, campaigns and initiatives on time, allocating resource (internal and external) to facilitate
∎ Analytical with excellent reporting skills and a love of data
∎ Strong verbal and written communicator
∎ Breaking through to hard-to-reach prospects and accounts, generating and managing a strong pipeline, driven by a high volume of activities.
∎ Excellent listening, oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
∎ PC proficiency, including Word, PowerPoint, email, and Internet, and demonstrated ability to learn new applications and processes quickly. Sales force experience a plus
∎ Eager and able to receive and implement feedback to further improve sales tactics Equality
