Job Context:
∎ BCL Fluid System Ltd., a Water Pump Marketing Company is currently seeking an experienced and proactive Head of Sales and Marketing personnel to lead the Sales, Marketing, PR communications for our Company and scale revenue to the next level. As a Head of Sales & Marketing, you are responsible to lead the Sales team and suggest them the best Sales & Marketing techniques. The successful candidate will drive performance and growth with responsibility for marketing strategy and sales plans.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
∎ Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
∎ Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
∎ Ensure the plants are constantly stocked to meet the sales demand
∎ Actively identify and initiate new/additional products development initiatives for various target consumer market.
∎ Training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
∎ Work actively with the marketing communications to create product awareness and lead marketing promotion programs to increase margins and market share.
∎ Develop, implement and manage sales forecasting activities, targets, sectors, markets, territories and set performance goals to achieve company objectives.
∎ Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
∎ Prepare and present sales reports detailing sales, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.
∎ Review and analyze sales performance against plans to determine effectiveness. Monitor, prepare and report on marketing communications and sales activity.
∎ Lead to develop assigned working areas marketing planning, forecasting and executing to achieve company’s objective with lead a team in a structured, effective and accountable manner.
∎ Convince and handle the depot/dealer/retailer to get orders.
∎ Market visit to see competitor’s activities with dealers, retail shops.
∎ Prepare monthly marketing budget and sales report.
∎ Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
∎ Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
∎ Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
∎ Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven 8+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing in leading position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Business Marketing, Business Operation and Sales & Marketing.
∎ A proven track record in water pumps industry.
∎ Knowledge and application of a wide range of marketing and sales techniques and concepts.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ The Candidate must be able to achieve significant growth of the Water Pump Sales with excellent track record.
∎ Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets.
∎ Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks.
∎ Excellent leadership and project management skills.
∎ Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
∎ Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solves problems quickly and communicates clearly.
∎ Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
∎ Good health and able to work in critical situation.
∎ Attention to detail.
∎ Prerequisite:
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
∎ Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
