∎ Position Summary:
∎ We are looking to hire experienced Sales and Marketing Executives to help drive company sales. In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports. To ensure success as a Sales and Marketing Executive, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch sales and marketing executive creates strategies that align with modern consumer trends.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target in order to increase sales.
∎ Routinely update Territory Manager about any information, suggestions, criticism related to the activity and results of the territory.
∎ Maintaining relationships with existing clients and providing them with excellent customer service.
∎ Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
∎ Managing social media platforms, website content, and other digital marketing efforts.
∎ Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
∎ Visit the dealers frequently to ensure the sales as per budget.
∎ Prepare and submit periodic sales & recovery reports to immediate supervisors.
∎ Make routine visits to all potential fields to ensure the availability of our products.
∎ Promoting the organization and products.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
∎ Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports to management on the results and activities of sales.
∎ Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities.
∎ Closely following up on all business leads within a 24 hour response time line to clients.
∎ Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
∎ Prepare and present sales reports detailing sales, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.
∎ Convince and handle the depot/dealer/retailer to get orders.
∎ Market visit to see competitor's activities with dealers, retail shops.
∎ Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
∎ Participating in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its products.
∎ Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1 year proven sales and marketing experience in a similar industry, preferably in water pump sales.
∎ Knowledge and application of a wide range of marketing and sales techniques and concepts.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solves problems quickly and communicates clearly.
∎ Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
∎ Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills
∎ Must be well versed with MS Office applications
∎ Knowledge of SAP software or other ERP (an asset)
∎ Attention to detail.
∎ Willingness to travel as required.
∎ Mindset to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Skills Required : Related Field.
