Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A "Head of Sales (Leather)" is a senior-level responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities related to leather products or goods within a company. ∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets for leather products.
∎ Lead and manage the sales team, including sales managers, representatives, and support staff.

∎ Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
∎ Create sales plans and set sales targets for the team and individual sales representatives.

∎ Develop sales forecasts and monitor sales performance against targets.
∎ Manage the sales department's budget, including expenses, commissions, and incentives.

∎ Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
∎ Ensure that all sales activities and processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.
