Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets for leather products.
∎ Lead and manage the sales team, including sales managers, representatives, and support staff.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth in the leather industry.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
∎ Create sales plans and set sales targets for the team and individual sales representatives.
∎ Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's leather products, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
∎ Develop sales forecasts and monitor sales performance against targets.
∎ Manage the sales department's budget, including expenses, commissions, and incentives.
∎ Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
∎ Ensure that all sales activities and processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.
