Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve Land Sales Targets.
∎ Lead, guide and boost Land Sale team(s) to achieve assigned Land Sales Targets.
∎ Will be responsible for the land/plot sales targets of the sales team(s).
∎ Demonstrate a proven track record in land sales negotiations.
∎ Must have prior experience working as Head of Sales with reputable land development companies.
∎ Negotiate and close land sales deals independently.
∎ Plan, design, and implement sales and marketing activities to meet land sales targets set by senior management.
∎ Generate sales leads for the team and provide supervision and support.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, including real estate developers, investors, and large enterprises.
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals in land sales.
∎ Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for corporate clients and deliver presentations to public audiences.
∎ Prepare monthly sales reports and other sales-related documentation as required.
∎ Recruit, train, and manage sales personnel.

∎ Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales (Land) to lead our land sales team. Set strategy, develop key relationships with corporate and individual clients, and achieve sales team targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience to lead land sales team, a strong network of corporate clients, and a proven sales track record.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
