  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

  • Proficiency in both Bangla and English.

  • Willing to travel as required by the company.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, travel agencies, and business partners.

  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand market reach.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive sales growth.

  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, budgets, and performance evaluations.

  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

  • Lead contract negotiations and key client engagements.

  • Drive KPI achievement and contribute to overall business growth and profitability.
