We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Head of Sales (GM) to join our dynamic sales team.
Lead and manage the sales department to consistently achieve the company’s monthly and annual sales targets
Ensure timely achievement of targeted revenue and overall business growth objectives
Develop, review, and update strategic sales plans in line with market and organizational needs
Supervise daily sales operations and monitor team activities to ensure productivity and compliance
Guide and motivate the sales team while maintaining regular coordination with top management on performance updates
Expand and manage customer databases while building strong, long-term client relationships
Formulate, implement, and enforce departmental policies and procedures
Evaluate team performance, identify skill gaps, and arrange training and development initiatives as required
Recommend innovative sales strategies and techniques to enhance profitability and market presence
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support future planning and development
Ensure team alignment with departmental goals and the company’s mission, vision, and objectives
Establish and maintain an effective reporting system for departmental and senior management review
Perform any additional responsibilities or special assignments as directed by management
Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets, including overall GM Sales targets
Maintain and regularly update ERP systems for all sales personnel, including the GM Sales
Prepare and distribute monthly sales targets prior to the start of each month
Submit daily sales updates to the Managing Director with copies to the Deputy Managing Director
Design and maintain daily, monthly, half-yearly, and annual sales reporting formats
Generate periodic sales reports and present performance insights to management
Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and motivation within the team and with external stakeholders
Promote collaboration and teamwork to strengthen morale and overall team performance
Monitor and manage the daily progress and effectiveness of assigned sales and marketing campaigns
Any other task assigned by Supervisor/Management related to role.
