Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To lead and oversee sales groups, taking full responsibility for achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.
∎ Planning, developing, implementing, monitoring, controlling, reviewing and reporting overall activities of the assigned Sales Group as per management requirements.
∎ Identifying sales opportunities and reaching out to new clients.
∎ Achieving the sales target.
∎ Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets.
∎ Monitor the monthly sales performance of all zones and take necessary action in case of deviations from the target.
∎ Distribute the daily sales target and achieve it.
∎ Assigning, coaching, and motivating sales staff.
∎ Scheduling the movement of sales staff and monitoring their progress.
∎ Counseling and disciplining sales staff.
∎ Visit the dealer point when required.
