∎ Graduation in any discipline from any reputed Institute/University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electrical marketing, Sales & Marketing, sales and Distribution
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the sales team by inspiring and motivating them to achieve targets.
∎ Set the standards for the showroom.
∎ Driving up sales and profitability proactively.
∎ Providing updated ideas and actioning changes to showroom displays and stock.
∎ Striving to achieve sales targets.
∎ Managing suppliers, vendors, deliveries, and inventory.
∎ Analysis of impeccable customer service, particularly for more challenging or complex customer needs.
∎ Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Sales Planning.
∎ Enforce and effectively communicate company policies and procedures to all personnel.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Execute other official tasks, assigned by the authority and management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 8 years working experience in the field of Fan, Cable, Switch, Socket, LED Light and Accessories sales
∎ Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
∎ Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail and ability to multitask
∎ Strong leadership and team-building skills
∎ Hard-working, sincere, punctual and result oriented
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Should have good knowledge on computers, Especially MS Office and different types software base work
