∎ Proven experience in e-commerce and physical store sales optimization, including pricing, promotions, and trade spend effectiveness.
∎ Strong track record in demand forecasting, sales mix analysis, and revenue growth strategies.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and track key financial and commercial KPis across online and physical retail stores.
∎ Implement real-time performance dashboards to monitor sales mix, sales growth, profitability, and return on investment.
∎ Ensure sales targets align with overall business planning, financial objectives, and operational efficiency.
∎ Optimize Route-to-Market (RTM) models by evaluating the efficiency of direct to-consumer (DTC), B2B, distributor, and retail operations.
∎ Assess cost-to-serve metrics and profitability across different sales channels and geographic regions.
∎ Enhance trade spend effectiveness, ensuring that channel investments generate measurable returns.
∎ Analyze and optimize e-commerce vs. brick-and-mortar sales performance, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience.
∎ Monitor customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and sales funnel efficiency across both online and offline channels.
∎ Alien digital and in-store sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer engagement.
∎ Conduct in-depth sales mix analysis to optimize product assortment, pricing, and margin management.
∎ Collaborate with marketing and category teams to enhance demand generation strategies, ensuring effective product positioning and promotions.
∎ Use predictive analytics to improve demand forecasting and inventory planning.
∎ Track and measure the financial impact of sales promotions, discount strategies, and seasonal campaigns.
∎ Develop pricing and promotional frameworks to balance revenue growth with profitability.
∎ Ensure trade marketing investments align with business objectives and drive incremental sales.
∎ Provide data-driven insights to optimize sales strategy, product performance, and channel profitability.
