Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

As the Head of Sales, you will lead and manage all sales operations to achieve business growth and revenue targets. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies while overseeing all sales channels, including showrooms, dealers, retailers, sales representatives, online platforms and distribution networks. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and a deep understanding of the perfume market to expand Alif Attar’s presence locally and internationally while promoting its premium fragrance brand.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

  • Lead, manage and motivate the sales team across all channels.

  • Supervise showroom operations, dealer networks, retailers, sales representatives and online sales platforms.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and distributors.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

  • Ensure excellent customer experience and brand representation across all channels.
